We're enjoying a very snowy winter here. We haven't seen our lawn since before Christmas. Below are some photos of what we do in the snow. Surprise! It's the same thing everyone else does: sledding, snow angels, snow people, write our names in it, etc. Anna is also learning to ski, but we repeatedly fail to bring the camera to the slope with us. It is really fun having a slope so close by, and great conditions for making good use of it. I've been pretty bummed about being on the bench for skiing this winter, but Baby is a worthwhile reason.
A picnic and a show in the living room when the weather outside's just too frightful.

Inside to warm up (No idea why she put on a sundress!)
I finally manage to put up some photos of Christmas! We had a great time celebrating Christmas here in NY and then again in VA on the "actual" 25th, and for about another whole week thereafter. More sweet memories made.
Virginia Christmas traditions kept alive

Granny's poor kitty is so very tolerant of our boy.
